CERAMIC WITH “SIGNATURE”

As a result of an agreement between Michael Banks and Ceracasa: 2 photographic collections have been created , one organic and another abstract, with more that 90 images, that could be applied to EMOTILE ceramic products in any project. Some photos come from moonlight, others from palm trees or water but sensitivity and harmony are always alive in all his craft works.

His photographs can be defined as contemporary and abstract photographic art. These features differentiate him from other photographers and identify him easily.

Michael Banks works with shapes, colour and composition. Sometimes he manipulates his photos, other times it is pure photography, but he always tries to reflect a particular world and personal space.

The photographer Michael Banks studied in Florence and graduated in Fine Arts. He has a large photographic experience in the design industry. His work has been displayed in different cities such as London, Madrid, Barcelona and Cannes. His art has been defined as “the last mix between photograph and painting” or as “the first and last word between photography and painting“ or as “the first and last word in contemporary techno art”

Magic coming from the invisible is present in the tangible world of Michael Banks photographs, that are now available in the Ceracasa website to be depicted in ceramic with Emotile by Ceracasa representing spaces, floors and walls, where photography releases visual pleasure and optical joy .
